Occasional domestic travel and periodic extended hours based on customer or program requirements.Compensation: $105,000 to $175,000 per year (see spread flag below)This Program Manager role leads complex defense programs from contract award through execution, delivery, and sustainment. The company supports defense technology programs and provides relocation assistance for qualified candidates. This position serves as the primary customer interface while coordinating engineering, operations, finance, and business functions to meet contractual commitments.As Program Manager, you will oversee all phases of program execution, driving performance against technical, financial, and schedule objectives. You will develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, finance, and quality teams. This role includes monitoring program performance against cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives, preparing status reports and financial forecasts for senior leadership, and identifying program risks with effective mitigation strategies. You will develop corrective action plans for schedule, cost, or technical challenges, and support business growth initiatives including proposal development, customer engagement, and capture activities.Required QualificationsActive DoD Secret or higher security clearance, with investigation completed within the past 5 yearsU.S. citizenship requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related discipline10+ years of program management or program leadership experienceDemonstrated success managing complex defense, aerospace, or other highly technical programsExperience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizationsStrong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and program cost controlWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), program metrics, variance analysis, and schedule managementExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related disciplineDefense or aerospace program experienceGovernment contracts experienceIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and managementRisk and opportunity managementProposal development and capture supportExperience in multidisciplinary engineering organizationsContract execution within a DoD environmentCompensation and Benefits$105,000 to $175,000 per yearRelocation assistance for qualified candidatesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
