Regional Sales Leader: Field Growth & Team Coach

PepsiCo

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team across the Chicago region. You will drive growth, coach staff, and optimize distribution and execution across channels.

You will build relationships with customers, develop region-specific strategies, and collaborate with Area Sales Managers to achieve regional KPIs while aligning with national priorities. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet objectives and deadlines.
