Flawless Family Home Care is hiring kind, dependable caregivers for part-time positions in Pontiac and surrounding areas . Starting at $17$18/hour , plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. $17.00/hr starting
$18.00/hr with verified experience (Healthcare Worker Registry)
+$1.50/hr overnight differential (10p7a)
Raises at 6 and 12 months (performance-based)
Annual cost-of-living adjustment
Paid travel time between clients
Mileage reimbursement (approved travel)
Opportunities for additional hours over time SCHEDULE
At least 20 hours/week availability
Must include at least two weekdays
Additional hours available for caregivers with flexibility WHAT YOULL DO
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support mobility and safety
Meal prep and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and daily support
Follow care plans and document visits WHAT YOULL NEED
At least 18 years old
Reliable and consistent attendance
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Willing to complete background checks and onboarding Experience is a plusbut were happy to train the right person. TRAINING & SUPPORT
In-person orientation (completed before scheduling)
Paid shadow shifts
Ongoing training and feedback
