Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.
We are in search of a Full-time/Perm Non-invasive Cardiologist for Northern Indiana.

Location : Northern Indiana (30 minutes from Chicago.)

Job Type : Full-time / Perm

Practice Details :

Exciting noninvasive cardiology role in a collaborative group practice
A supportive, collegial environment with robust mentorship and growth potential

What I need from you to present you for consideration

Stage 1 - "Name-clear" - Have they heard of you or worked with you before?

One intro phone call to go over job details, field questions and learn more about you.
Current Up-to-Date CV (including Locums history)
Provider's Contact Info
Availability (For interview & 2025 availability on-going.)
NPI and/or License Number.

Stage 2 - "Full-Facility Submission" - Introducing you to the Leadership at the facility.

All pertinent Licenses & Certifications
Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPD)
References if Available.
Scope of Services if Applicable

You will likely have some questions that remain unanswered. These questions are typically best answered by the client themselves during the interview process. This is followed by assembling and entering a facility submission on your behalf, so we can introduce you to the Team.
