As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.Key Responsibilities:Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerMaking outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updatesProviding exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or complaintsMaintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactionsCollaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issuesFollowing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain customer confidentialityMeeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the companyContinuously developing and improving product knowledge to better assist customersQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a call center or customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in computer skills and experience using CRM softwareFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPerks:1099 ContractorMake your own schedulePaid Training
