\tCoverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month | 24-hour mid-level coverage

\tNumber of Beds: 333 hospital beds

\tAcuity: Medium

\tEMR: Allscripts

\tAdmissions/Transfers: 6% admission rate

\tFellowship/Residency: Yes

\tMoonlighting: Yes

Qualifications

\tLicensure: Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)

\tBoard Certification: Board Certification / Board Eligible ABEM, ABFM, ABIM

\tExperience: Prior EM experience required

\tSkills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility

\tBadges: ATLS, PALS, BLS
