Location: Hybrid (In-Person and Telehealth) | Washington, DC Compensation: Competitive fee, based on licensure and experience About us: We are a growing, collaborative group psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive mental health care to individuals, couples, and families in the Washington, DC area. About the position: We are currently seeking licensed psychotherapists and LGPCs to join our growing practice on a contractor basis. This hybrid position offers flexibility to provide both in-person services in Washington, DC and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, client-centered clinician who is committed to ethical practice, ongoing professional growth, and delivering high-quality care to diverse populations. Qualifications: Required: Current licensure in Washington, DC as one of the following: Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Psychologist Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent DC licensure Ability to maintain professional liability insurance Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practice Preferred: Additional licensure in Maryland and/or Virginia Fluency in a language other than English Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and underserved communities Specialized training or experience in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, life transitions, or multicultural counseling Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs Participate in consultation and case collaboration as appropriate Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards We offer: Flexible scheduling and caseload management Hybrid work environment Administrative and billing support Referral stream and marketing support Thoughtful client-clinician matching based on each clinician's expertise, therapeutic approach, specialties, and preferences Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to build and grow a thriving private practice within a group setting Interested candidates should submit a resume/CV and a brief cover letter describing their clinical experience, areas of specialization, and availability.
