Caregivers & Home Care Aides (HCA) – Marin & San Francisco

Home Helpers is currently hiring for hourly caregiver positions in Marin & San Francisco, with both weekday and weekend schedules available. We are looking for experienced, compassionate, and reliable caregivers dedicated to providing quality care and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship, engaging conversation, and personal care support.
• Assist with light physical exercises, transfers, and mobility around the home.
• Prepare wholesome, nutritious meals and offer timely medication reminders.
• Escort clients to local medical appointments, errands, and grocery trips.
• Maintain clear, simple daily logs using our user-friendly mobile app.

What You Need to Apply

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with California, or willing to let us guide you through registration!
• Ability to pass a standard state background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Social Security card or legal work authorization.
• Current negative TB clearance (or willing to obtain one).
• Strong English communication skills and a heartfelt passion for helping others.
