Insurance Defense Attorney


A premier legal practice in Oklahoma City is seeking an ambitious Insurance Defense Attorney to join its established team. This position offers a dynamic caseload, a collaborative work environment, and significant room for professional development.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of civil and insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  
  
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and site inspections.
  
  
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
  
  
• Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients and insurance carriers.
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Oklahoma
  
  
• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance defense.
  
  
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  
  
• Proven track record in oral advocacy, negotiations, and court appearances.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000+ base compensation (commensurate with experience).
