No experience required Paid training provided Full‑time position Annual company convention in Cancun, Mexico Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered) Relocation assistance for outstanding candidates Key Responsibilities Meet clients at their homes to discuss flooring projects Use our Sales System with tablet, laptop, and software (non‑negotiable) Serve as the single point of contact for all flooring service requests Coordinate installation timing and communicate schedules with the Office Manager Convey customer needs to the Install Manager to ensure smooth operations Maintain customer relationships and develop referral sources for ongoing business Participate in ongoing training and educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense) Bring a good sense of humor to the team Compensation Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average Design Associate.
