We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technology to improve operational efficiency and product excellence.
Requirements:Duties
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision sheet metal fabrication.
- Utilize CAD software SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM software to design fixtures, and process layouts and programs.
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems to maintain optimal manufacturing progress.
- Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing defects or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions aligned with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Create detailed technical drawings and process documentation adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead projects involving process engineering, manufacturing engineering, fabrication, tooling development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and planning, and laser & turret programs, shop & welding, drawings, fixtures of welder assembly’s optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial equipment regulations while maintaining high-quality manufacturing outputs.
- Support factory experience enhancements through tooling upgrades and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on CNC programming, welding, fabrication, or tooling development.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD; experience with CNC/ CAM programming is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with programming, and process automation within a manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for quality management systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
