We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Duties

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision sheet metal fabrication.
• Utilize CAD software SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM software to design fixtures, and process layouts and programs.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems to maintain optimal manufacturing progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing defects or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions aligned with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Create detailed technical drawings and process documentation adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead projects involving process engineering, manufacturing engineering, fabrication, tooling development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and planning, and laser & turret programs, shop & welding, drawings, fixtures of welder assembly’s optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial equipment regulations while maintaining high-quality manufacturing outputs.
• Support factory experience enhancements through tooling upgrades and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on CNC programming, welding, fabrication, or tooling development.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD; experience with CNC/ CAM programming is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with programming, and process automation within a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for quality management systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
