EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

Pays up to $55 per hour DOE

PAID HOLIDAYS

Health Insurance paid up to 100% depending on age and plan chosen

Relocation Allowance

Eligible candidates must:

-Have at least 8 yrs experience as a heavy equipment mechanic. This includes maintenance and repair of heavy and highway construction equipment (excavators, scrapers, loaders, backhoes, rollers, pavers, milling machines, etc.)
-Have and maintain an acceptable driving record
-Pass a pre-employment drug test
-Be able to work independently, but also have ability to work on a team
-Be willing to travel. Travel expenses are paid.

Job duties and responsibilities:

-Diagnose, adjust and/or repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment in the field or in the shop
-Test and ensure proper performance of said equipment
-Read and understand operating manuals and drawings
-Maintain repair records, such as time, materials
-Schedule maintenance for equipment
