Repair Technician Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift Location: Sacramento, CA Pay: $19.00/hour Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Repair Technician for a light manufacturing environment in Sacramento. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. The role involves testing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, cooling, and electrical failures on refurbished equipment Read schematics and technical manuals to support repairs Perform testing using electrical instrumentation provided by the department Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment Complete documentation and record keeping for repairs and inspections Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards Participate in team huddles to support performance objectives Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency Safely operate manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, amp meter, etc.) Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for prolonged periods Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills (multiplication, division) Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred Must pass a drug test and background check This is a great opportunity for a motivated technician looking to grow with a reputable company.
