Job Description We are looking for a business professional looking to manage a Farmers Insurance agency in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities. Though insurance experience is great, it is not necessary. We are very interested in speaking with candidates who are business minded, community based, and sales oriented. This position will focus on learning the ins and outs of the business: customer retention, business development, and overall business management. The average salary for this position is $85,000/ year but will depend on performance and learning ability. There is uncapped potential with this opportunity and quick growth potential! PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
