Delivery Systems Analyst

Provide strategic leadership and subject-matter expertise for SAP warehouse systems supporting global Distribution Center operations Partner with IT, operations, and global stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards Evaluate cost, benefit, and delivery timelines for system initiatives as a trusted advisor to leadership Lead testing and deployment efforts Drive global standardization through collaboration and governance Direct SAP configuration activities to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable warehouse operations Lead cross-functional solution design, requirements gathering, governance, risk assessment, and functional documentation review Drive end-to-end solution delivery through testing, stakeholder engagement, solution demonstrations, training development, and governance reporting Provide expert application support and manage critical incident escalation Lead continuous system optimization and process improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in a technical Program/Project management role, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in a technical Program/Project management role Experience in transportation and distribution processes and systems Experience with SAP Blue Yonder (TM, WM, LM) Experience with Snowflake Experience working in a U.S. multinational matrixed organization Knowledge of IT and business change management processes Experience in the medical device industry Experience in one or more supply chain systems: Sales Order Management, Planning, Freight audit and pay, Dangerous Goods, or Trade & Compliance For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP warehouse systems and project management, with a focus on optimizing distribution processes and driving system enhancements.
