MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Location: South Carolina

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Nights: 4x12-Hour Shift (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The RN will provide comprehensive care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting, managing a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7. The role requires proficiency in managing dysrhythmias and interpreting telemetry readings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions while implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with Med/Surg experience required.
• Telemetry experience preferred, including the ability to interpret dysrhythmias.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• No first-time travelers; prior travel experience is mandatory.
