**ABA Behavior Technician**

**Job Summary:**

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **ABA Behavior Technician** to join our team in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. **About the Role:**

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans, strategies, and protocols to promote skill acquisition and skill development
• Conducting behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to adapt treatment plans based on client progress
• Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of learned skills
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment
