Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA certificate of clinical competence (CCC’s), or eligibility as a clinical fellow (CFY)
• Current state license to practice as an SLP
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and intervention for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress to optimize learning outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related service providers
• Engage and educate families regarding strategies to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary planning
