Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical operations within a growing specialty-focused healthcare group in Billings, MT ️

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity combining clinical care, program development, and team oversight in a collaborative and patient-centered environment

Provide direct patient care in a specialty clinical setting
Oversee clinical operations, workflows, and quality standards
Lead and mentor physicians, APPs, and clinical staff
Drive quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives
Support development of clinical protocols and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Participate in strategic planning and program growth
️ Maintain accurate documentation and support EMR optimization

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified in relevant specialty preferred)
✔️ Active Montana Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Strong clinical leadership and administrative experience
