Licensed Clinician

Complete face to face office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9am – 3pm and Wednesday and Friday Telehealth services Prepare written diagnostic assessments, assessing clients from multiple representatives, including family functions, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills strengths, and barriers to economic self-sufficiency, treatment history, and others and utilizing various assessments instruments. On an as needed basis. Submit SAR Forms via fax or online by close of business or within 24 hours of assessment Submit all documentation due within 72 hours after client assessment Provides Clinical supervision to Board Approved Candidate. Prepares 30-Day written service plan, incorporating input from clients, involved service providers and wraparound team members, and clearly identifying problem areas and needs, strategies and service objectives. Reviews and assist in the finalization of signing of 6 month ISP’s completed by QMHP’s. Responds to crisis situations with twenty-four hour day availability. Provides direct supervisions to QMHP staff, provides clinical feedback as needed. Collaborate and coordinates with other case involved service providers and professionals, such as attorneys, school personnel, social workers, and probation counselors. Establish and maintain positive relationships with other agencies involved in care of client Promote the program in a positive manner to elicit referrals and maintain census and growth of the program Maintain an accurate schedule community session to be reviewed at any time Submit a copy of all Restraint Forms and Incident Reports to your direct supervisor Ensure that every Incident Report is completed immediately after the incident and submitted to the direct supervisor or Director the same day Complete all Progress Note documentation using sound documentation and abiding by all agency, Medicaid, DBHDS and licensure standards Complete Quarterly reports of client’s progression abiding by all agency, Medicaid, DBHDS and licensure standards Complete all documentation needed in support of client records Be available for 24Hours/7 days a week 356 days of the year for Emergency Response Constantly monitor and document clients’ progress towards completion of treatment goals and objectives Attend Agency staff meeting and Training Attend all annual mandatory agency training (TOVA, CPR & First Aid, Human Rights, HIPAA etc.) Identify service areas that require strengthening and seek out opportunities to attend training in such areas Implement individualized service plans with client to complete documents Maintain 1-2 cases as company needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Any combination of education experience equivalent to a master’s degree in social work. Psychology, counselling, or a related field from an accredited college or university; four years of experience providing mental health treatment to troubled children and families; two years of experience providing clinical supervision to treatment staff. Licensed to provide clinical service by the State of Virginia. Knowledge, skills and abilities Through knowledge of principles and technique of youth and family counseling; thorough knowledge of human services system, roles of human services personnel, and relevant community resources ability to conduct and facilitate meetings, ability to form effective supervision relationship with subordinate staff; ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers, and clients; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hearts of Healing Counseling Services (HOHCS)
