Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load raw materials, run program cycles, and safely tend CNC mills, lathes, or plasma/laser cutters.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and technical specifications to verify component dimensions.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
• Tooling & Adjustments: Perform tool changes, check for tool wear, and make minor offset adjustments.
