Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Qualification • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures • Willingness to work in structured, quality-driven environments Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing / Production Associate to support product inspection, labeling, documentation, and quality compliance within a production environment. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who value accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to established processes. Key Responsibilities • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are consistently met • Label and package products according to company specifications to support safety, identification, and compliance • Maintain accurate production and quality records in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices • Follow clean-room protocols and controlled-environment procedures when assigned • Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines, promptly reporting issues or discrepancies • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain efficient workflows
