As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll be the face of these brands in the El Paso market — driving sales, closing B2B accounts, and delivering a customer experience that stands out. What You'll Do Represent telecom client brands directly with consumer and B2B customers in person Sell products, promotions, and service plans, including managing B2B sales conversations Drive new customer acquisition and meet weekly sales targets Build rapport quickly and maintain a consistent, professional brand presence Collaborate with your team to hit campaign and territory sales goals Skills You'll Build Consultative sales, B2B sales, brand representation, customer acquisition, relationship building, objection handling, and closing techniques — skills that translate directly into sales, account management, or business development careers. What We're Looking For No prior sales experience necessary — we train you Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Pay & Development This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $4,800–$5,975 per month, including performance-based bonuses.
