About the Role
Sheraton Caregivers is hiring dedicated, reliable, and compassionate caregivers for 24-hour live-in assignments across the state of Connecticut.
Live-in care provides clients with safety, support, and companionship right in the comfort of their own homes — and offers caregivers steady, consistent work with premium daily pay.
If you have experience with live-in caregiving, you know it requires professionalism, discretion, and compassion. This is a role for caregivers who are ready to provide around-the-clock support while building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities of a Live-In Caregiver
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility support)
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and daily household needs
Monitor safety and follow the client’s care plan
Be present and available to the client during the full 24-hour assignment
The Ideal Caregiver Will:
Have prior live-in caregiving experience
Be CNA, HHA, or PCA certified (preferred)
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
Have reliable transportation to travel to live-in assignments across CT
Hiring Requirements
Minimum 3 years caregiving experience (live-in preferred)
CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
Must pass background check & eligibility verification
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and safely assist clients
