Job Details

The Sales Support Specialist, reporting directly to the SVP, Technology, will collaborate with regional/national teams and local sellers to enhance the proposal process and provide essential sales support focused primarily on Electronic Security Systems sales within Prosegur Security Integration and Prosegur Security Monitoring. This role involves preparing proposal responses, creating presentations, managing CRM entries, administering SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and other designated RFP/external sales lead platforms, and ensuring that sales teams have the resources needed to achieve their targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the effectiveness of the electronic security sales process, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Prosegur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Support
• Assist regional and local teams in understanding client requirements and the scope of electronic security services (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems) as referenced in RFP documents.
• Assist in the preparation and review of proposal responses for electronic security opportunities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
• Presentation Creation
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop engaging and informative presentations tailored to client needs.
• Ensure that all sales presentations are aligned with Prosegur's branding and messaging guidelines.
• CRM Management
• Assist with the management and updating of the CRM system to ensure accurate and current information on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Sales Technology & Platform Management
• Manage and maintain SalesLoft for outbound sales engagement, sequences, and pipeline activity tracking.
• Manage and maintain ZoomInfo for lead generation, contact/account data enrichment, and prospecting support.
• Administer and support any additional RFP, external sales lead, or sales intelligence platforms as designated by the company.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and other sales platforms.
• Train and support regional/local sales teams on effective use of these platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with various departments, including operations, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of sales support tasks.
• Metrics and Reporting
• Track and report on the success rates of proposals and the impact of sales support activities.
• Prepare regular updates for the Sales Enablement Manager on the status of sales support tasks and initiatives.
• Project Management
• Assist with developing and maintaining project plans for various sales support activities, including timelines, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Monitor the progress of projects, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to the Sales Enablement Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
• Experience in a similar sales support, proposal development, or related field/function.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or integrated security solutions) preferred.
• Experience with SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement/lead intelligence platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and proposal management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Up to 10% of base salary, based on performance and achievement of company and division goals.
