Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role is based in Richmond, MO. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation process. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments, communicating with the care team, and helping maintain a safe and clean clinical environment. The role involves direct patient interaction, education on therapy techniques and home exercises, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal recovery and quality patient care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assist with treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Quality Patient Care to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective clinical interactions. Candidates should possess knowledge in Orthopedics to support patients with musculoskeletal conditions and recovery needs. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
