This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a caring community that values teamwork, respect, and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spacesEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standardsMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishingRespond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staffFollow established procedures for waste disposal and infection controlReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to managementSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions, including emergency response, documentation, and communication with residents, families, and staffStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitudeKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety proceduresAbility to lift, bend, and stand for extended periodsAt Beatitudes Campus, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment where employees are valued and growth is encouraged.
