Schedule: Alternating schedule with RT Supervisor | 3–4 days/week | 36–48 hours/week | On-call required when scheduled

Pay Rate
Local: $55–$60/hour
Traveler: $60–$65/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care and autonomous emergency support in an acute-care hospital district setting.

Required Qualifications

• Current Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License.

• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) RRT or CRT credential.

• Minimum 1–2 years of active Respiratory Therapist experience.

• Proven clinical experience with Labor & Delivery, C-sections, and Emergency Room care.

• Proven experience with infant resuscitation.

• Active ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

• Strong autonomous critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience with Bubble CPAP equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services in an acute-care hospital district setting.

• Provide clinical support during emergency situations, high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and infant resuscitations.

• Manage and monitor neonatal respiratory support, including Bubble CPAP setups and interventions.

• Share department coverage by alternating weekly schedules with the RT Supervisor.

• Maintain on-call readiness during scheduled blocks.

• Respond to emergency hospital pages during scheduled on-call periods.

• Document patient assessments, therapies administered, and ventilator/equipment changes accurately.
