Inside Sales Representative – Logistic Supply Division 

Position Overview:

AMCOR INC. is seeking a  high-energy, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative focused on generating new business and growing relationships with  industrial packaging distribution/resellers & end user accounts.

This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable  picking up the phone, prospecting every day, following up aggressively, quoting opportunities, and helping our outside sales representatives close NEW business.

The primary goal is simple:  create opportunities, grow distributor accounts, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make consistent outbound calls to  packaging distributors, industrial supply companies, and resellers .
• Identify and qualify new distributor prospects for AMCOR INC. and our outside sales team.
• Work directly with outside sales representatives to develop prospects and move opportunities toward a sale.
• Build relationships with purchasing managers, sales managers, owners, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate quotes and  actively follow up until opportunities are won, lost, or require additional action .
• Re-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities to increase sales with existing accounts.
• Cross-sell products and expand AMCOR INC.'s share of each distributor's packaging purchases.
• Respond quickly to pricing requests, product questions, samples, and sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, quotes, follow-ups, and new business opportunities.
• Help outside representatives spend more time  in front of customers and closing business by driving prospecting and follow-up from inside.
• Develop strong knowledge of  BOPP tape, specialty tapes, stretch film, strapping, labels, LDPE Bags, and other industrial packaging products .

Sales Expectations:

This position will be measured by  activity and results , including:

Outbound Prospecting - New Accounts - New Opportunities - Quote Activity - Quote Conversion • Sales Growth - Gross Profit Growth • Account Penetration - Follow-Up Activity

Candidate should be competitive, persistent, organized, and motivated by measurable sales results.

Qualifications:

• Previous inside sales, business development, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Industrial packaging, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial supply experience is a strong plus.
• Comfortable making  high-volume outbound calls and cold outreach .
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work closely with multiple outside sales representatives while independently managing a sales pipeline.
• Highly motivated, competitive, accountable, and  hungry to win new business .
• Comfortable being measured against clear sales goals and performance expectations.

This role is designed for someone who wants to  sell build good customer relationships .

You will work alongside experienced outside sales representatives to identify new distributors, develop opportunities, grow existing accounts, and turn consistent daily sales activity into measurable revenue growth. The promotional goal is to be come outside salesperson.

While we primarily manufacture packaging and material handling products, we also offer customized profiles for componentry and other applications.
