This position will work Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30, and rotate administrative weekend call with other team members.

Required Skills/Experience/Abilities: Minimum 3 years in HR support role, preferably human service related field. Must have working knowledge and experience with recruitment, personnel policies, scheduling, compliance, record keeping and other fundamental HR administrative functions. Must have demonstrated experience with database and electronic record keeping. Must have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize a large workload.

Specific Duties

1. Source and screen Caregiver applications.
2. Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in person interviews.
3. Extend offers and coordinate orientation schedule.
4. Facilitate pre employment activities such as background screening, drug screen, professional reference checks etc.
5. Apply and demonstrate the below soft skills in all duties and responsibilities:
   • Professional and collaborative written and verbal communication.
   • Time management and prioritization of tasks and priorities.
   • Diplomatic problem solving and troubleshooting.
   • Adaptability to change and operational movement.
   • Emotional intelligence and regulated approach to completing tasks.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, HRIS data entry, and routine correspondence.
7. Provides exceptional customer service to staff, employees, volunteers.
8. Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients, families, co-workers, and members of the public.
9. Represents Circle of Life to the community in a positive manner.
10. Demonstrates flexibility, versatility and a positive attitude in integrating additional duties.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
