Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to take our successful sales team to the next level. This person must like managing people and leading by example. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with being uncomfortable on a regular basis and empowering others to drive team success. They must be independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need a proven track record of success and a "whatever it takes" attitude. This role requires the highest levels of accountability and ownership. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 OTE Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales team to drive results. Maintain high accountability and ownership for performance. Empower others to achieve team success; lead by example. Operate with independence, confidence, and proactivity. Qualifications Proven track record of sales success.
