At PG Golf LLC, we know our greatest asset is our people. We are seeking a professional and experienced Staff accountant. This is an on-site position. Only local candidates will be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform a variety of accounting tasks across A/R, A/P and Inventory Control as part of daily bookkeeping activities

2. Support AR collections, including customer follow-up and account monitoring

3. Prepare account reconciliations and assist with detailed financial statement analysis

4. Organize, maintain, and update company file and accounting records

5. Complete assigned month-end close responsibilities

6. Assist with special projects and provide support to the management team as needed

7. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree in accounting or related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience performing similar accounting duties
3. High-level proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software
4. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and array formulas
5. Experience with Power Query or Power BI is a plus
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
9. Highly organized and self-motivated
10. Team player with positive, collaborative attitude
