This paid 18-month training program is designed for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in financial services and become licensed Financial Advisors. As an Investment Associate, you will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and financial support while preparing for the FINRA licensing exams required to become a Financial Advisor. We pay you while you study and continue to provide training, mentorship, and career development once licensed. Unlike many entry‑level financial services roles, this program offers a structured path for growth with ongoing support, mentorship from experienced advisors, and the opportunity to build a long‑term career within a growing investment firm.
