FT Store Employment Associate (Open to All Stores) - 6529

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Act as the liaison between team members and management, assist team members in navigating the MyRewardsEveryday website, complete pre‑screenings, complete orientations, maintain records, and be responsible for store uniforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Check‑in with the management team to discuss any new or existing team member needs. Review email and other related areas on the computer. Coordinate the hiring process by reviewing applications, completing pre‑screenings, setting up interviews, completing orientations, and assisting the HR business partner with external job postings. Oversee the completion of new hire computer‑based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on‑the‑job training. Ensure completion of the required annual computer‑based training throughout the year. Maintain inventory levels of uniforms and supplies. Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs, recruiting events, and holiday parties within budget. Maintain confidential records and properly dispose of records after the retention period has ended.

QUALIFICATIONS

Authorized to work in the U.S. Proficient in reading, writing, communicating, and understanding in order to complete job duties satisfactorily and comply with company policies and safety regulations. Minimum age 18 years. Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days. Meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position. Able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools employed in this job. Meet the company performance standards for the job, including but not limited to regular attendance. Perform all job functions safely. Agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job. Possess keyboard skills. Demonstrate confidentiality with sensitive team member issues and company information.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Shift hours: minimum 8‑hour shifts. Job cycles: continual. Maximum lift/carry: 25 lbs. (case of uniforms). Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%. Category III: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 35 lbs. Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Understand company policy and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and the team member handbook. Know MSDS information about all materials used during work. Complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training. Complete and follow Confined Space training. Complete Right‑to‑Know training. Complete store specific HIPAA training.
