Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Arizona Psychologist License required
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be obtained prior to start)
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children within a school environment
• Strong knowledge of psychological evaluation and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to manage multiple schools and varied student needs
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students K–12
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
• Deliver consultation and training for teachers and parents on student mental health
• Maintain accurate, thorough reports to support educational decision-making
• Serve as a resource for establishing positive school climates and promoting inclusive practices

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $71,000–$105,000, along with a variety of incentive opportunities including signing and retention bonuses, hard-to-fill and bilingual stipends, and a leadership stipend for Lead Psychologists.
