MUST HAVE DETOX/SUBSTANCE ABUSE EXPERIENCENights: 3x12 hour nights 7p-7:30a Thurs-Sat and 1x4-hour shift on WednesdayDays: 7a-7:30p Sun-Tues and 1x4 Hour shift on Wednesday. Times on Wed shift will vary13-week and 26-week contracts availableEvery other weekend40 hours guaranteedContract Term: 13 weeks to start (extension likely)Job Details:Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurseCompletes required documentation in the electronic clinical recordObtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assignedQualifications:Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of NM required in hand, at time of resume submissionPrior psych experience requiredOne year LTC/SNF in last 2 years requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
