This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary. Date: 10/12/2026 Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1 Work Location: Carrollton, Georgia PPE: This is an administrative position, but the standard is that all employees have access to the following PPE: hard hat, protective eyewear, closed-toe shoes (steel-toed boots are not required for this position). Responsibilities: Promote and maintain a safe work environment Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports Ensuring adherence to applicable Company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures Maintaining office supplies Coordinating meetings and events Managing travel arrangements Coordinating office relocations Creating and tracking project correspondence Performing miscellaneous assignments as directed The position is at a large construction site serving several new projects Does this position require driving (excluding commute)?
