We're expanding our outside sales teamgrowing from 9 to 11 repsand looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don't need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you've sold anything beforeespecially to small businessesyou'll be off to a fast start. If not, we'll train you to get there. This is outbound B2B salesnot residential, and not door-to-door. You'll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long-term value. It's high-trust, high-reward sales. We don't just offer a paycheckwe offer a path. What You'll Be Doing

• Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
• Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
• Follow up, follow through, and close
• Learn how our services solve high-stakes problems for businesses
• Own your calendar and your territory
• Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other

Compensation & Benefits

• $110K+ on-target earnings (W2)
• $50K base + uncapped commissions paid monthly
• Sole territory (Essex or Middlesex County)
• Health insurance reimbursement
• Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass (after hitting milestones)
• Company tablet + phone with data
• Paid time off starting immediately
• Quarterly bonus for consistent performance
