Sales Manager – Hospitality ProgramsBilingual B2B Sales | Southeastern Florida TerritoryThe full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.An established, privately held company with decades of success is expanding its presence throughout Southeastern Florida and seeking a dynamic, bilingual sales professional to develop the market.This is a true business development opportunity focused on opening new hospitality accounts, introducing customized beverage and merchandising programs, and building long-term client partnerships across resorts, casinos, entertainment venues, restaurants, hotels and other high-volume hospitality operations.We're looking for someone who enjoys creating business rather than simply managing an inherited territory, a confident relationship-builder who knows how to get in front of decision-makers, identify opportunities and turn those opportunities into long-term accounts.What You Will DoIdentify, prospect and secure new hospitality accounts throughout South Florida.Build relationships with owners, GMs, food & beverage executives, purchasing leaders and other key decision-makers.Introduce customized beverage and merchandising programs designed to enhance the guest experience while creating incremental revenue opportunities for clients.Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and presentation through closing, implementation and ongoing account development.Support new program launches, including product presentations, menu integration, point-of-sale materials and client/team education.Build the territory with an initial objective of approximately 20 new client accounts.Develop new accounts into long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities for continued growth.Maintain an active prospecting schedule and pipeline while consistently identifying new business opportunities.Partner closely with company leadership and internal support teams to ensure successful execution.What We're Looking ForBilingual Spanish/English required.Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or revenue-generating hospitality sales.Demonstrated ability to proactively develop new business through prospecting, networking and relationship-building rather than relying solely on inbound leads.Experience within hospitality, hotels/resorts, restaurants, beverage, foodservice, restaurant supply, entertainment venues or a related industry strongly preferred.Comfortable calling on and presenting to executive-level decision-makers.Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.Entrepreneurial, energetic and self-motivated, with the discipline to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.Existing relationships within the South Florida hospitality community are highly valued.Must be based in Southeast Florida, ideally within the Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach market, and comfortable traveling throughout the territory.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary approximately $75K - $80K, with flexibility based on experience and industry relationships.Uncapped commission structure with first-year total earning potential of $150K+ for a successful producer.Significant long-term earning potential as the territory and account base grow.Established top producers within the organization have achieved substantially higher earnings.Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).Business travel and approved expenses covered.Hands-on training and direct access to company leadership during onboarding.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to take ownership of an expanding South Florida market rather than simply inherit and maintain an existing book of business. xhyhwjd The right person will combine sales drive with hospitality knowledge, creativity and genuine relationship-building ability.If you are energized by opening doors, developing new relationships and building a territory you can grow for years to come, we'd like to hear from you.
