Warehouseman

Supply And Equipment Delivery

Receive and deliver all supplies and equipment to departments, patients and personnel and assist in the delivery and pick up of food and/or supplies for special events or meetings. Uphold the organization's vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization's policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.

Essential Functions:

• Receive orders for supplies and equipment from departments and clinics and disburse accordingly
• Communicate information regarding backorder situation and/or inefficient inventory to responsible parties and perform necessary follow-up
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory in Central Supply area
• Assist personnel with processing incoming inventory, check packing slips for accuracy and complete necessary documentation when discrepancies occur and prepare items for return shipments in conjunction with the user department and purchasing
• Assist Social Services with the transport of bodies
• Serve as backup for switchboard and patient transport personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education - Degree - Program

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience - General (Non-supervisory) - Supervisory

Must have both general and supervisory experience if indicated.

Credentials - Licensure, Certification, Etc.

Certification for Hazardous Materials Transportation; Alaska Driver's License

Physical Requirements:
