Registered Nurse - Acute Care Services

Location: Elko, NV

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 12-hour shifts from 06:45 to 19:15

Job Description: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care Services. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of physician protocols.
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and treatment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Potentially float to other departments based on patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
• ACLS and PALS certifications (must obtain ACLS within 60 days and PALS within 90 days of start date).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an Acute Care setting.
