* Due to high patient demand, the incoming physician will step into a ready made practice with a strong built in referral base

* Dedicated OR block time
* Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
* Enjoy a year one guarantee of $750,000
* Productivity incentives available with option to come of guarantee early if outproducing wrvus
