Responsibilities Respond to emergency service calls, set up and monitor equipment, and ensure work meets company and industry standards. Assist in cleaning and restoring properties with experienced team members. Follow safety protocols, document work performed, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and the capacity to follow specific instructions. Familiarity with basic hand tools and ability to operate restoration equipment. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Prior experience preferred but not required; motivation to start a career is welcome. Compensation $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
