Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Job Type: Full-Time Temporary (Potential for Permanent Employment)

Kinkelder is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our Louisville, Kentucky team. This position has been created to support our operations during an employee's extended medical leave. While this role is currently considered temporary, there is potential for it to become a permanent position based on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to customers throughout the assigned service area.
• Load, unload, and secure materials for transport.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each route and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Represent Kinkelder professionally while interacting with customers.
• Perform other delivery-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
• No CDL or DOT certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to safely operate a cargo van or similar delivery vehicle.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record (MVR) review and background check.
