What We Offer

  • $26 per hour

  • Monthly performance bonuses based on office growth and results

  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , with a one-hour lunch

  • Six paid holidays annually

  • Two weeks of paid vacation after your first year

Qualifications

  • At least one year of continuous dental assisting experience

  • Dental Assistant certification or an associate degree in Dental Assisting

  • Current X-ray certification

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures

  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and prepare treatment trays

  • Assist the dentist with fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns and bridges, dental implants, and other procedures

  • Collect and document patient medical and dental histories
