Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Cokato, MN

Pay Range: $22/hour

Shift: M-TH 5am-4pm, Friday 5am-12pm

What's the Job?

• Set-up and operate wood sawing machines to ensure precise cuts
• Operate drill presses, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-nailing machines efficiently and safely
• Work from detailed drawings to determine the size and shape of manufactured items
• Assist in maintaining quality control standards for all products
• Follow safety procedures diligently and report any unsafe conditions or incidents

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in woodworking or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to lift 75 – 100 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
