We are currently seeking a Croatian-Speaking Tech Support Representative to join a leading global technology account based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities Provide outstanding technical support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, software and hardware issues, and account-related enquiries. Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Escalate complex technical cases to specialised teams when required. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems. Stay up to date with product knowledge, software updates, and internal procedures. Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Native or fluent Croatian language skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems and products. Previous experience in technical support, IT, or customer service is an advantage but not required. Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously. EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
