Finance Manager

We are very passionate about who works on our team, because we do work that matters. We need someone who is ready to belong to a group of crazy people who works tirelessly to help others achieve their goals in life. Our company has been steadily growing for 15 years and especially over the last 2-3 years. We've got systems in place to operate efficiently, and now we need someone to lead our Office and Finance Department. Salary Range is between 45k-60k depending on experience, but let's talk. Job duties include, but not limited to: (Office Management) Connect with our team, customers, & vendors at our office. Create/Post Social Media with job openings, fun videos, work completed, etc. Using multiple phone apps and software to help manage the work flow. Send Invoices, accept payments, prepare deposit, and take to the bank. Keep our office organized and efficient....and maybe some decorating, eh?! Check inventory supplies and place delivery orders, as needed. File/Scan paperwork into cloud folder systems. Manage fleet vehicle tags, fleet gas cards, and update insurance cards. Send insurance verification and other docs to customers. Work directly with Executive management with excellent of communication. High End of Pay Scale Expectations: (Finance Management) Verify hours are correct and run payroll weekly for 100+ employees. Update Health, Auto, General Liability, and Worker's Comp insurances. Perform annual insurance audits. Maintain QBO bookkeeping and monthly reporting. Delegate and Manage a part time Office Assistant. Assist with some property management tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
