Registered Nurse (RN)QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Experience in an acute care facility preferred.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent certification required.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent certification required.Essential FunctionsCollect relevant data pertaining to the patient's health or situation.Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.Develop and implement care plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe, healthy environment.Evaluate progress towards achieving patient outcomes.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a supportive environment.Provide educational opportunities for patients, families, and team members.Directly provide health information to patients and families while coordinating care.Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Organizational RequirementsAll associates are required to receive all necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment, along with annual updates and compliance where applicable.
