ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in February 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years as a State Farm team member, building experience in both account management and sales. Outside of work, I'm married with five children, four of whom are adopted, ranging in age from 4 to 22.

Giving back is important to our family and our agency. We proudly support MiGear, a local nonprofit that provides essential items and support to children entering foster care.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Ryan Randall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
